What a service visit includes.
Every visit starts with diagnosis, not parts replacement. We look at how the equipment is behaving, find the cause, and tell you plainly what is feasible before any work begins. Where a repair makes sense, we repair it on site when possible, test the unit, and leave a written summary of what was found, what was done and any recommended next steps.
For equipment still running but starting to act inconsistently, a preventive maintenance visit catches worn cables, drives, belts and fasteners before they turn into downtime.

Most facilities need two kinds of service: advanced systems like Biodex isokinetic dynamometers, and everyday equipment like steppers, treadmills and tables. Manufacturer technicians cover their own brand, and general fitness repair companies typically don’t take on advanced systems. We service both. You deal directly with the person doing the work, from the first call to the service summary. One visit can cover several brands, so you don’t have to schedule separate vendors for your steppers, treadmills and tables. And the work is backed by more than 35 years of field service experience, including 30 years as a Biodex field service engineer.

Do you service NuStep, SciFit and Landice equipment in Florida?
Yes. NuStep and SciFit recumbent steppers and bikes, Landice treadmills, and Matrix, PMX and BariHab equipment are serviced throughout Florida, along with treatment tables and parallel bars. Outside Florida, we can service them during a Biodex/SMTI service visit.

Yes. One visit can cover Biodex, NuStep, SciFit, Landice, PMX, Matrix, BariHab, treatment tables and parallel bars, which saves scheduling multiple vendors.
What should I send before a service call?
The equipment make, model and serial number, the symptoms, any error messages, whether the unit is still usable, and your facility location. Photos of the equipment and error screens help.
