Who is Precision MedTech Services?
Precision MedTech Services, LLC is an independent physical therapy and rehabilitation equipment service company based in Clermont, Florida, founded in 2025 by owner and technician Chris Senzamici. It provides Biodex repair nationwide and PT equipment service throughout Florida.
Can an independent technician service Biodex equipment?
Yes. Facilities can choose any qualified service provider for the equipment they own, regardless of manufacturer affiliation. Chris Senzamici is the only factory-trained independent technician in the country for Biodex/SMTI equipment, with 30 years as a Biodex field service engineer.
How are you different from a manufacturer technician or a fitness repair company?
A manufacturer’s technician services that manufacturer’s equipment, and general fitness repair companies typically don’t take on advanced systems like isokinetic dynamometers. Precision MedTech Services handles both: Biodex/SMTI systems, from the only factory-trained independent technician in the country for that equipment, plus NuStep, SciFit, Landice, Matrix, PMX and BariHab equipment, treatment tables and parallel bars, often in the same visit. You also work directly with the technician doing the job.
Where do you provide service?
Biodex/SMTI equipment service is available nationwide. Physical therapy and fitness equipment service is available throughout Florida, including Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Naples, Sarasota and Pensacola. While on site for Biodex/SMTI service anywhere in the country, we can also service your other PT and fitness equipment during the same visit.
Which brands of physical therapy equipment do you service?
Biodex/SMTI nationwide, plus NuStep, SciFit, Landice, Matrix, PMX and BariHab equipment, treatment tables and parallel bars throughout Florida, and nationwide during a Biodex/SMTI service visit.
Do you provide Biodex service outside Florida?
Yes. Specialized Biodex service may be scheduled nationwide depending on the equipment, location, scope, and availability.
Which Biodex systems do you service?
Biodex physical medicine equipment, including System 2, 3 and 4 dynamometers, Balance System SD and BioSway, Gait Trainer 3, NxStep, FreeStep, BioStep 2 and the Upper Body Cycle. Share your model for a feasibility assessment, since parts availability varies on older units.
Are you the manufacturer?
No. Precision MedTech Services is an independent service provider. Factory training and prior manufacturer experience do not imply current manufacturer endorsement.
Who do you serve?
Professional sports teams (MLB and NFL), universities and athletic departments, hospitals and health systems, PT clinics and wellness centers, NASA and research facilities, and commercial gyms and strength facilities.
Do you service other rehabilitation equipment?
Yes. Treadmills, steppers, cycles, strength equipment, therapy tables and other rehabilitation devices are serviced throughout Florida. While on site for Biodex/SMTI service anywhere in the country, we can also service your other PT and fitness equipment during the same visit.
Can you guarantee parts for older systems?
No. Parts availability varies. We discuss service feasibility and limitations before making commitments.
What information should I send?
The equipment model and serial number, a description of symptoms, any error codes, your facility location, and the best contact information.
